Description

In life, Bart has two passions: Victor Hugo and rap. Are they really incompatible? Recently, he had a revelation: if Victor Hugo had lived today, he would have been the greatest rapper of all time. The world had to know. How? By creating a rap song to tell the story of the Man of the Century.
Blending a humorous talk show, rap, and a cast of characters, Bart explores Victor Hugo’s life to craft, verse by verse and chorus by chorus, the ultimate biographical rap. Together with the audience, they’ll reenact the Battle of Hernani, mourn the death of his daughter, be moved by his political speeches, and engage in dialogue with the master himself! With a few guest stars coming along to lend a hand: Jul, Nekfeu, PNL, Gazo, Soprano…
