Neïma Naouri pour "Jazz dans les prés"
Description
A golden voice, when lyricism meets jazz.
Being born somewhere is not enough to conquer the world's most beautiful stages. But that's exactly what Neïma Naouri, child of two great stars of opera singing, Laurent Naouri and Natalie Dessay, has done, tracing a singular path between opera and big band with astonishing ease and talent.
Neïma Naouri makes her debut in 2019 at the Opéra national du Rhin playing Tzeitel in Un violon sur le toit. In 2020, she records Symphonie pour la Vie alongside Yvan Cassar. After completing a Master's degree at London's Royal Academy of Music, she discovered the London stage at the prestigious National Theater.
She also devoted herself to jazz, performing regularly with The Amazing Keystone Big Band, one of France?s finest big bands. This year, she will be appearing in the musicals Gypsy at the Opéra de Strasbourg and Company at the Théâtre du Châtelet, as well as at Jazz dans les prés !
