Le Petit Nor’Cat c’est une belle histoire d’amour entre la Catalogne et la Normandie. La belle rencontre de Théo et Fanny, lui normand, elle catalane, et tous deux passionnés de cuisine.

Et cela se sait quand la pluie rencontre le soleil, il se forme un arc-en-ciel. C’est cette union qui nous a inspiré dans notre cuisine : colorée et lumineuse, elle saura mettre du baume au cœur à quiconque vient la goûter.

Ici vous goûterez, une cuisine du terroir, une cuisine avec des produits sains issus de la pêche de la Manche, de l’élevage, ainsi que du potager. Des plats préparés avec soin par Théo et servi avec élégance et sourire par Fanny. Le tout accompagné bien sûr avec les vins du Roussillon uniquement (Appellation Collioure Contrôlée) !
