D-Day Wings Museum

The D-Day Wings Museum is dedicated to aviation during the Second World War. Located in Bretteville-Sur-Odon, our museum is housed in a hangar built in 1937 by the French, which served as workshops for the Luftwaffe during the war. As the only hangar in the area to have withstood Allied bombing raids, you can still see traces of the fighting on the ceiling.
At the museum, take a seat in our aircraft to discover the daily lives of the pilots, gunners and soldiers of that era.
